It has been an absolute pleasure purchasing a car with this dealer. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. They are very knowledgeable and friendly family run business. I had to wait around for my finance to clear and just standing around you can see how great the staff are and how respectful they are to each other and others. I would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle with no hidden charges. They was honest from the start and I made the 7 hour round journey to pick up my now new car and it was worth every mile and traffic queue!

Please don't listen to some negative reviews if I had ,I might not purchased. I came all the way from Kent to view. I got collected from the station and the car was waiting to test drive. They initially pointed out a couple of minor things and we went for a test drive. I liked the car immediately and they were open to negotiations . We agreed on a fair price and I drove all the way back to Kent. The next day I had an issue with the side light which resulted in a whole new headlight. I called the car dealers up and after I emailed them the invoice they immediately refunded me for the repairs as promised. I throughly recommend the company and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. A pleasure doing business.
Disappointed with car purchase experience

During the car purchase the manager was helpful but post sale support has been non existent despite an agreement. After multiple times of trying to get a problem rectified with no success I am posting this. This is a family firm and one family member does not seem to know what the other is doing. Poor communication and a reluctance to honour agreements. I feel let down and could not recommend this garage based on my experience.

first off all when we bought a car there was a problem with parking sensors and bumper and a dealer did say to came next week for repairing. after one week he phoning me and saying that mechanic is no available. i allready have bought sort term insurance and waist my money.So i explain to him that a car will be off the road till the end of JANUARY.after January i started to drive a car others problems appear which ones dealer refuse to cover. and they knew that car was off the road all the time .But. then time has come dealer gave me an appointment with mechanical only for parking sensors . And 10min left before jorney he phoned me again and said mechanic is no available AGAIN. And again i had to cancel my plans cuz off them. terrible client service, there is nothing good i can tell about them.

A friendly and very efficient car shopping experience .... we came in to buy one car and finished up with two . Both cars are great ( 2 no Lexus SUV’S ) And I would thoroughly recommend them.

A disaster so far but keep you updated

Complete disaster so far. The car was advertised with MOT, it actually did not have any. I was supposed to travel 4 hours away by train on Friday to collect the car, which we agreed a week before. The car was taken to MOT on Thursday, the day before! And it failed! I did not take the train on Friday (not refundable) as I definitely did not want to be stuck overnight there. Still no news of MOT since so I am glad I did not go to spend 4 nights in hotel there! My last 4 or 5 emails received no reply and my 3 last texts either. Very poor organisation and customer service so far but I hope they are just extremely busy and not dishonest. I hope they will fix this mess. I keep you updated! Check my next feedback!

I live 70 miles from Birmingham and had to make numerous phone calls to them. They proved to be courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation about dealing with this company in the future.
